We at RelayRight, LLC (“RelayRight”, “us”, “our”, or “we”) want you (“you” or “your”) to understand how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information, as well as how you can manage the personal information we collect. This Privacy Notice applies to your interactions with us or your use of our Platform and/or the Services. Our Services are designed to connect political campaigns and organizations with users who are interested in sharing information about certain political issues and causes with their friends, family members, acquaintances, or other contacts.
By using our Platform and/or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Notice and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Notice, please do not use our Platform and Services. If you do not understand, or if you have questions about, this Privacy Notice, please contact us before using, or continuing to use, our Platform and Services.
We reserve the right to change our Privacy Notice from time to time by posting the changes here. If we choose to amend this Privacy Notice, we will revise the Last Updated date at the top of this Privacy Notice when we post the updated version. We may also provide you with notice by prominently posting on our Platform, via email or both, if we make any significant changes to this Privacy Notice. We may also highlight those changes at the top of this Privacy Notice and provide a prominent link to it for a reasonable length of time following the change. Your use of our Platform and/or Services after we have informed you in one of these ways that we made changes to our Privacy Notice will mean that you have accepted those changes.
Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Notice have the meaning given them in our Terms of Use.
1. TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT
In the course of providing the Platform and Services, and/or interacting with you, RelayRight may collect and/or receive the following types of information. You authorize us to collect and receive such information.
- Contact Information.
We collect contact information through our Services, such as when you access content or features, contact us with comments or questions, or otherwise engage or interact with us including (i) name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and any information provided in messages to us, and (ii) information used for the purpose of authenticating your identity and/or your account (collectively, “Contact Information”). In addition to authentication, we use Contact Information to provide information about the Services, responding to your inquiries, sending you email alerts (including marketing emails), and/or providing the Services. - Billing Information.
In order to use certain features and functionality of our Services, you will be required to provide certain additional information which may include a credit card number, expiration date, billing zip code, activation code, bank information, and similar information (“Billing Information”). Such Billing Information will be collected and processed by our Third-Party Payment Processor pursuant to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies and terms of use. We do not directly obtain, store or process any Billing Information. - Demographic Information.
Gender, date of birth, occupation, employer name, and in some instances, employer’s address. - Political Affiliation Information.
For example, information about your political party affiliation, opinions, candidates or other political issues that interest you. - Voter Registration Information.
Jurisdictions where you are registered to vote, whether you are currently registered to vote, what polling locations you use, when you last voted, whether you participated in early voting, and whether you submit votes through absentee ballots. - Information You Provide.
For example, information you send when you interact with us, either online or offline. This may include contact lists or address books (including names and phone numbers), photos, videos, and other user-generated content that you submit. Please do not upload an individual’s contact information via your contact list or address book unless you have obtained the relevant individual’s consent. - Social Media Information.
We may collect information you post on a candidate, political committee, or campaign social media page. This may include your social media profile information and information posted on your page. - Account Information.
If you create an account on the Platform, we may store and use your name, email address, zip or postal code and other personal information you may provide with your account. You can modify some of the personal information associated with your account. If you believe that someone has created an unauthorized account, you can request its removal. - Survey Information.
From time to time, and subject to your consent where required by applicable local law, we may provide you with the opportunity to participate in surveys, some of which might be sponsored or conducted by a third party. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary. If you choose to participate, we will request certain personal information from you. If there is a third party sponsor involved in the survey, we may provide certain personal information to the third party sponsor. Please make sure to review the sponsor’s privacy policy and be aware that any surveys offered by us may be governed by specific rules and terms and conditions that are separate from and in addition to this Privacy Notice. By participating in any such surveys you will become subject to those rules, including but not limited to receiving emails containing survey communications. - Information obtained automatically from your online activity
When you access or use the Platform and/or Services, we use browser cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies (collectively, “Tracking Technologies”) to automatically collect or receive certain standard technical information and other data (such as traffic data, usage data (including but not limited to, profiles viewed, matches made, features used, frequency and duration of the Platform and Services usage, and interactions with content on the Platform and Services), location data, device information (including but not limited to, type of device, mobile device platform, operating system, browser type, screen resolution, IP address and other technical information), logs and other communications data) sent to us by your computer, mobile device, tablet, or any other device over time on our Platform and Services, and your online activity across third party websites, apps, and devices. We may also evaluate your computer, mobile phone, or other access device to identify any malicious software or activity that may affect the availability of our Platform and Services.
When you access or use the Platform and/or Services, advertising companies, analytics networks and providers, and other third parties may use Tracking Technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps, online services, digital properties and devices.
The data we or third parties collect automatically may include personal information and/or statistical data that may not identify you personally; however, we or third parties may maintain, combine, or associate it with personal information collected in other ways or received from third parties. We and/or third parties use this information to (i) enhance the performance and functionality of the Platform and Services; (ii) personalize your experience with the Platform and Services, understand how you use the Platform and Services, maintain a persistent session, and improve and further develop the Platform and Services; and (iii) serve targeted and other advertising, and provide custom experiences, across other sites, apps, online services, digital properties and devices, measure how the ads perform, and for analytics purposes.
The Tracking Technologies used on the Platform and Services include the following, among others:
Cookies: Cookies are small packets of data that a website stores on your computer’s hard drive so that your computer will “remember” information about your visit. In addition to collecting information, we use cookies to help us authenticate users, provide content of interest to you, analyze which features you use most frequently, and measure and optimize advertising and promotional effectiveness. To do this, we may use both session cookies, which expire once you close your web browser, and persistent cookies, which stay on your computer until you delete them. Local Storage Technologies: We may use local storage technologies, like HTML5, that provide cookie-equivalent functionality but can store larger amounts of data on your device outside of your browser in connection with specific applications.
Web Beacons: We use web beacons, also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs, to demonstrate that a webpage or email address was accessed or opened, or that certain content was viewed or clicked.
Third Party Sites: When access to the Platform and/or Services is made available to you through third-party sites, please be aware that these other sites maintain their own policies regarding Tracking Technologies and the collection and use of information. You are responsible for reviewing those policies.
- Information obtained from third-party analytics services
We may use one or more third–party analytics services to evaluate your use of the Platform and Services, compile reports on activity (based on their collection of IP addresses, Internet service provider, browser type, operating system and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, data and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the Platform and Services you visit, number of links clicked while on the Platform and Services, search terms and other similar usage data), and analyze performance metrics. These third parties use cookies and other technologies to help analyze and provide us the data. By accessing and using the Platform and/or Services, you consent to the processing of data about you by these analytics providers in the manner and for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice. Please be advised that if you opt out of any service, you may not be able to use the full functionality of the Platform and Services.
Below is a list of analytics providers that we use; however, such list may be subject to change based on how we wish to understand the user experience and we will endeavor to update it diligently. You may use the accompanying links to learn more about such providers and, if available, how to opt-out from their analytics collection.

- Information Obtained From Other Sources
Social Media: We maintain a presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and other social media and third-party sites, including our accounts, pages and related activities. We may collect personal information when you visit or use social media, including when you access our Platform and/or Services from social media. We will do so in accordance with the terms of use and privacy policies of those sites, apps and applicable law. Personal information may also be collected by the third-party social media sites that host our social media pages. These sites may provide aggregate information and analysis to us about visitors’ use of our social media pages. This allows us to better understand and analyze our user growth, general demographic information about the users of these pages, and interaction with the content that we post. Overall, this information may be used to help us understand the types of visitors and users of our social media pages and use of the content. This Privacy Notice does not cover personal information collected by such third-party social media sites. For more information on their privacy and security practices please review the privacy policies and terms of use on their respective websites.
Acquired from Third Parties: We may purchase or receive information from third parties including information related to you. We may combine your information with such acquired information and use it to improve your experience, personalize our services and content, verify or update information contained in our records and to better customize the Platform and Services for you.
2. HOW WE USE AND SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We may use and share your personal information as set forth below:
- To provide the Platform and Services;
- To solicit your feedback, inform you about our products and services and those of our third-party marketing partners;
- To monitor, support, analyze, and improve the Platform and Services;
- To communicate with you regarding the Platform and Services;
- To fulfill your requests for information regarding new or improved products and services;
- To engage in marketing, advertising, and tracking activities, and evaluate the efficacy of our efforts, provided that, where required under applicable law, we will obtain your prior opt-in consent to send electronic marketing communications and/or our newsletter;
- To engage research, project planning, troubleshooting problems, and detecting and protecting against error, fraud, or other criminal activity;
- To protect the safety and security of our Platform, Services, businesses and customers;
- To third-party contractors and service providers that provide services to us in the operation of our business and assistance with the Platform and Services, such as technical support for the Platform and Services and providing services such as IT and cloud hosting, payment processing and financing, transactions reporting, customer relationship management, email marketing, advertising services, analytics services, shipping and distribution, name and address verification, marketing and order fulfillment, email distribution, market research, fraud detection and preventions, promotions management, administrative services and among others;
- To create and disclose aggregated, anonymous, user statistics and other information to (i) affiliates, agents, business partners, and other third parties; (ii) describe the Platform and Services to current and prospective business partners; and (iii) other third parties for lawful purposes;
- To share some or all of your information with our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or other companies under common control with us;
- To provide you with political communications from us, political committees or campaigns, campaign creators that use or Services or third parties. These parties may contact you about the candidates, political committees, campaigns, or issues that may be of interest to you;
- To fulfill our legal and regulatory requirements;
- To comply with applicable law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process, and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- To assess or complete a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, sale of assets, dissolution, investment, or similar corporate event where we expect that your personal information will be part of the transferred assets;
- To audit our internal processes for compliance with legal and contractual requirements or our internal policies;
- To prevent, identify, investigate, and deter fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical, or illegal activity, including cyberattacks and identity theft;
- To create a customer profile that will be used for providing our Platform and Services;
- To comply with applicable law, including campaign finance law that requires us to send details of your contribution and your personal information to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) or the relevant respective state agency or local election authority; and
- Otherwise, with your consent.
We will take reasonable measures (e.g., by contract) to require that any party receiving any of your personal information from us, including for purposes of providing the Platform and Services, undertakes to: (i) retain and use such information only for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy; (ii) not disclose your personal information except with your consent, as permitted by applicable law, or as permitted by this Privacy Notice; and (iii) generally protect the privacy of your personal information.
Except as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law, we will retain your personal information for as long as it serves the purpose(s) for which it was initially collected as stated in this Privacy Notice or subsequently authorized. We will also retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
3. HOW WE PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
We are dedicated to ensuring the security of your information. We use physical, electronic, and administrative security measures appropriate to the risks and sensitivity of your information we collect. We aim to provide secure transmission of your information from your devices to our servers. We have processes to store information that we have collected in secure operating environments. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose your information to you. We try our best to safeguard your information once we receive it, but please understand that no transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you suspect an unauthorized use or security breach of your information, please contact us immediately.
4. DATA TRANSFERS
Our Platform, Services and servers are located in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that your information, including your personal information, may be transferred to, processed, maintained, and used on computers, servers, and systems located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your country of origin. If you are located outside the United States and choose to use our Platform and/or Services, you consent to any transfer and processing of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice, and you do so at your own risk.
5. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Platform and Services are not for children or those under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or other persons who are under 18 years of age. Individuals who are children or those under the age of 18 should not attempt to provide us with any personal information. If you think we have received personal information from children or those under the age of 18, please contact us immediately.
6. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
If you reside in California, you have the right to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. California residents under 18 years old, in certain circumstances, may also request and obtain removal of personal information or content that you have posted on our Platform and Services. Please be mindful that this would not ensure complete removal of the content posted by you on our Platform and Services. To make any request pursuant to California privacy law, please contact us.

We offer you certain choices in connection with our Platform and Services.
Access to your personal information
You have the right to request access to the personal information that we collect, use, and disclose about you. You also have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your access right. To submit a request or designate an authorized agent to make a request, please contact us using the information below.
Deleting your personal information
You have the right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to some exceptions under applicable law. Once we have received and confirmed your request, we will delete (and direct our partners and service providers to delete) your personal information, unless an exception under applicable law applies. You have the right to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your deletion right. Updating your personal information
The accuracy of the personal information we have about you is very important. To submit a request to update or correct your information, please contact us using the information below.
Email Communications / Direct Marketing
You may have the opportunity to receive certain communications from us related to our Platform and Services. If you provide us with your email address in order to receive communications, you can opt-out of marketing emails at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of our emails and adjusting your email preferences. Please note that certain emails may be necessary for the operation of our Platform and Services. You will continue to receive these necessary emails, if lawful and appropriate, even if you unsubscribe from our optional marketing communications.
Cookies / Beacons
If you wish to minimize information collected by cookies or beacons, you can adjust the settings of your device or browser. You can also set your device or browser to automatically reject any cookies. You may also be able to install plug-ins and add-ins that serve similar functions. However, please be aware that some Services may not work properly if you reject cookies. In addition, the offers we provide when you visit us may not be as relevant to you or tailored to your interests.
Network Advertising Initiative
Certain websites you visit may provide options regarding advertisements you receive. If you wish to minimize the amount of targeted advertising you receive, you can opt-out of certain network advertising programs through the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) Opt-Out Page or through the Digital Advertising Alliance Opt-Out Tool. Please note that even if you choose to remove your personal information (opt-out) you will still see advertisements while you’re browsing online. However, the advertisements you see may be less relevant to you. For more information or to opt-out of certain online behavioral advertising, please visit http://www.aboutads.info.
Additionally, many advertising network programs allow you to view and manage the interest categories that they have compiled from your online browsing activities. These interest categories help determine the types of targeted advertisements you may receive. The NAI Opt-Out Page provides a tool that identifies its member companies that have cookies on your browser and provides links to those companies.
Do Not Track
Some devices and browsers support a “Do Not Track” (or, DNT) feature, a privacy preference that you can set in certain browsers, which is intended to be a signal to websites and services that you do not wish to be tracked across different websites or online services you visit.
Please note that we cannot control how third party websites or online services you visit through our website respond to Do Not Track signals. Check the privacy policies of those third parties for information on their privacy practices. Our Services do not currently change the way they operate upon detection of a Do Not Track or similar signal.
8. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES AND APPS
Our Platform and Services may contain links to other websites or apps operated by third parties. Please be advised that the practices described in this Privacy Notice do not apply to information gathered through these third party websites and apps. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the actions and privacy policies of third parties and other websites and apps.
9. NOTICE TO NEVADA RESIDENTS
If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information to third parties. You can exercise this right by contacting us at Admin@rallyright.com with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request” and providing us with your name and the email address associated with your account. Please note, however, that we do not sell your personal information as defined under Nevada law.
